CARREERIAA TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR Members

(01)      Our charges are strictly Non-refundable and shall be paid beforehand. No negotiation shall be entertained on charges. Service charges are inclusive of government taxes.

(02)     Cheques/online payment to be drawn in the name of “Careeria Best Co-Working Space”

(03)     Charges above are subject to change with addition alteration in service or because of changes in government rules or because of decision by administrative authority in house.

(04)     Your right to service shall start only after payment and signing an order acceptance.

(05)      Before hiring any services personal documents required as per government norms are to be submitted as self attested Xerox copy. Provide genuine & original documents for verification by concerned person at centre.

(06)      By signing acceptance you agree that terms and conditions are explained by Careeriaa to client. It is well understood and then signed by client.

(07)      Charges paid for any services are non transferable to any other person. Free services are not possible to carry forward for next tenure. You can only upgrade your plans with pro rata basis.

(08)      In all matters, the decision of the administrative authority in house shall be final.

(09)     Maintain office discipline and etiquette to avoid punitive measurements.

(10)      Evacuate (vacate) your lockers immediately after your plan expires otherwise forceful possession will be taken. Safety and security of a locker will be a responsibility of a user. Do not use locker for any type of illegal/immoral activity. Immediate actions will be taken on such misconduct.

(11)     Discount on long term hiring shall be deducted in last payment. Rent for long term hiring shall be paid on monthly basis.

(12)     Coaching classes shall be hired on hourly basis.

(13)     Only locker cannot be hired. This facility is available for a office holder of a month or more.

(14)     Rental charges include internet, electricity but A.C. on discrimination of management.

(15)     You are allowed to use and print telephone no. and address on visiting card of yours during your plan period.

(16)     Sunday is a holiday. Norms of a complex shall be followed strictly.

(17)     Freebie SLOTs are considered as 1 hour per slot subject to availability of facility at your demand.

(18)      Although all safety measures are followed, security of your belongings is your responsibility.

(19)     Centre working hours is 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. every day except Sunday, government holidays.

(20)     If centre remains closed because of some internal/external disturbances for more than 3 days, your hiring duration will be extended by that much time although decision of management shall be final and non arguable.

(21)     Consumable, perishable, non replenished items are not included in price plan.

(22)      All disputes are subject to Surat jurisdiction.

(23)      Agreement terms expire with end of validity of your plan.

(24)      In case Centre will remain closed extension of tenure shall be given as follows:

            (i) If closure is because of internal fault of centre like, failure of electricity, fire safety failure etc., of centre full time extension in tenure shall be given by management.

            (ii) If closure of centre is because of external reasons like flood, failure of electricity of DGVCL etc., decision of extension tenure solely depends on management on case to case bases.

(25)      Right to reserve the permission of entry “Careeria Best Co-Working Space” If an occupant of “Careeria Best Co-Working Space” is found/doubted involved in unlawful or unethical activity which may create turbulence, harm to society, Careeria will terminate his right to enter the premise with immediate effect without any communication or notice to occupant.

I accept that the agreement is Read over & Explained in Gujarati/Hindi/English/Mother tongue by eminent staff of “Careeria Best Co-Working Space” understand that misbehavior or misconduct will suspend my right and occupancy at this place immediately. In extreme case this registration can be terminated.

I state that details of plan and services mentioned above are read and understood by me. I also accept that service charges paid by me are NOT REFUNDABLE in any case.
