Terms & Conditions for Careeriaa Co-Working Space

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Careeriaa website and services (referred to as "Careeriaa," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Facilities and Services
    1. By registration and making the required payment, Careeriaa permits you (referred to as the "Member") to use the co-working space facilities and services provided by Careeriaa, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
    2. On the basis of availability, Careeriaa's coworking space offers desk, Private office, Classrooms, seminar rooms, and shared office space in a collaborative work atmosphere.
    3. The membership plans ("Plan Inclusions") specified during the registration procedure will be made available to the Member by Careeriaa.
  2. Sign Up and Billing
    1. You might need to submit identity documents (referred to as "the Documentation") in order to registration for Careeriaa's services. In the event that the Documentation is not received, we reserve the right to revoke your plan.
    2. Careeriaa may request a security deposit ("the Deposit") of up to three months or more. The Deposit is not considered an advanced payment. If we withdraw any sum from the Deposit due to your default, you must replace the withdrawn amount within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will not waive any breach of this Agreement, and the Deposit may be forfeited.
    3. If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorize Careeriaa to deduct the Plan Fee and applicable taxes from your credit card on the due date. You also authorize us to charge your credit card for any other services provided during the billing period.
    4. If you opt for payment by cheque or bank transfer, you must pay the Plan Fee for the duration of this Agreement by the due date on the invoice.
    5. Payment is due 7 days from the invoice issue date. If payment is not received within 14 days from the invoice issue date, a 3% administrative fee ("Penalties") per month will apply on the overdue balance until payment is received.
    6. Failure to pay within 14 days may result in suspension of services, access restrictions, legal action to recover owed amounts, and a reactivation fee.
    7. You must pay all sums due without any deduction or set off. You are also responsible for any bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, and other charges related to payments.
  3. Taxes
  4.  Any amount payable under this Agreement does not include local taxes. If any supply made by Careeriaa is taxable, you must pay an additional amount equal to the consideration payable for the supply multiplied by the prevailing local tax rate.

  5. Termination
    1. This Agreement is rolling and will automatically renew for successive periods, unless either party provides written notice of termination one month (for agreements of 1 month) or two months (for agreements over 3 months) before the scheduled end date.
    2. You may terminate this Agreement before the End Date by paying the full Plan Fee for the unexpired term, outstanding invoices, and penalties (if any). Upon settlement, your Deposit will be refunded.
    3. We may terminate this Agreement immediately in case of your breach of obligations. We may retain your belongings until all arrears are paid. If non-payment occurs within 14 days, we may dispose of retained goods.
    4. Upon termination, you must cease using Careeriaa's address on your company documents, registration, and marketing materials, and deregister the office address with government agencies.
  6. Refunds
  7. We follow a strict no refund policy except in the case of an incorrect charge. You have 14 days from the invoice due date to raise dispute on charge.

  8. Member's Rights and Responsibilities
  9. Please observe and adhere to Careeriaa's rules and regulations, maintain sufficient insurance, report lost access means, and give written notice of changes in your status or address.

  10. Owner's Rights and Responsibilities
  11. Careeriaa will provide and maintain facilities, have the right to remove you from the center, allocate alternative centers if necessary, and provide reception and switchboard services during office hours.

  12. General
    1. This Agreement is personal and not assignable.
    2. All notices and communication must be in writing or email.
    3. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
    4. If you comprise more than one individual, all individuals are jointly and severally liable.
    5. This Agreement supersedes prior agreements and is governed by local laws.
    6. Membership is non-transferrable without express permission from Careeriaa.

    By using Careeriaa website and services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be posted on our website.
